电石法聚氯乙烯生产汞污染综合处理技术

摘　　要：电石法在进行聚氯乙烯生产过程中,受到制成工艺、技术原理等多重因素影响,易诱发汞污染等问题。文章依据以往经验,通过低汞触媒的合理化使用以及废触媒的回收,借助多元技术措施,最大程度地处理聚氯乙烯生产中汞污染问题,实现汞高效回收。In the process of PVC production,calcium carbide process is affected by many factors such as manufacturing process and technical principle,and it is easy to cause mercury pollution and other problems.Based on past experience,this paper deals with mercury pollution in polyvinyl chloride production to the maximum extent by rationalizing the use of low mercury catalyst and recycling of waste catalyst,and realizes high efficiency recovery of mercury by means of multiple technical measures.
