摘　　要：近年来,中国石化行业发展迅速,石化项目建设数量增加,但是工程建设周期长,其中面临着各种不确定因素,导致石化工程项目时常出现项目延期现象,不符合项目进度规划,造成成本增加,效益减少。为了解决这一问题,文章针对石化工程建设项目进度计划及控制展开研究,首先简要概述了项目进度管理重要性,其次对项目进度影响因素进行深入分析,最后编制了项目进度计划,并就项目进度顺利推进提出了控制措施。In recent years,the chinese petrochemical industry develops rapidly,the number of petrochemical project construction increases,but the engineering construction period is long,facing various uncertain factors,resulting in the petrochemical engineering project often appear project delay phenomenon,does not conform to the project schedule planning,cause the cost to increase,the benefit to reduce.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the schedule planning and control of petrochemical engineering construction projects.Firstly,the importance of project schedule management is briefly outlined,and then the influencing factors of project schedule are analyzed in depth.Finally,the project schedule is prepared and the control measures are proposed for the smooth progress of project schedule.
