黄连解毒汤加减合金黄膏治疗早期肛周脓肿的效果评估

摘　　要：探究黄连解毒汤加减合金黄膏治疗早期肛周脓肿的效果。选取2020年11月—2022年11月收治的96例早期肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各48例。对照组运用常规药物疗法,观察组联用黄连解毒汤加减合金黄膏,持续治疗7d。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1d后、治疗3d后、治疗7d后两组疼痛症状、红肿症状评分低于治疗前,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7d后两组炎症指标水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,黄连解毒汤加减合金黄膏治疗早期肛周脓肿,治疗效果显著,患者疼痛症状、红肿症状明显减轻,炎症指标水平下降,用药安全性更高,值得推广普及。Exploring the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Tang and Jianli Huanggao on the treatment of early perianal abscess.96 patients with early perianal abscess admitted from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy,while the observation group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Tang plus or minus Alloy Yellow Cream for 7 days.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of patients.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After 1 day of treatment,3 days of treatment,and 7 days of treatment,the scores of pain and redness symptoms in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 7 days of treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that Huanglian Jiedu Tang and Jianli Huanggao have significant therapeutic effects on early perianal abscess,with significantly reduced pain and redness symptoms in patients,decreased levels of inflammatory indicators,and higher medication safety.It is worth promoting and popularizing.
