中医推拿结合自我效能护理干预对恢复期脑梗死患者的作用及对自我效能感评分的影响

摘　　要：探讨中医推拿结合自我效能护理干预在恢复期脑梗死患者临床护理中的作用。选取遵义市妇幼保健院2022年3月—2023年3月收治的90例处于恢复期的脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照随机自愿原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组实施中医推拿护理,观察组实施中医推拿结合自我效能护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者自我效能感评分、遵医行为评分、心理状态评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,中医推拿结合自我效能护理干预可以显著增强恢复期脑梗死患者的自我效能感,优化患者遵医行为,改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量。Exploring the role of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with self-efficacy nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period.90 patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly and voluntarily divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group implemented traditional Chinese medicine massage nursing,while the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with self-efficacy nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the self-efficacy score,compliance behavior score,psychological state score,and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with self-efficacy nursing intervention can significantly enhance the self-efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction during recovery,optimize their compliance behavior,improve their psychological state,and improve their quality of life.
