细节护理在三氧化二砷治疗白血病护理中的重要性及必要性研究

摘　　要：探究细节护理在三氧化二砷治疗白血病护理中的重要性及必要性。选择遵义市第一人民医院2020年3月—2023年3月收治的84例三氧化二砷治疗白血病的患者开展研究,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(在常规护理基础上辅以细节护理),每组各42例,对比两组患者不良情绪、治疗依从性、不良反应、护理满意度。结果显示,护理后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,细节护理的作用效果较明显,有利于减轻白血病患者负面情绪,提高其接受三氧化二砷治疗的依从性,减少不良反应,患者护理满意度较高。Exploring the importance and necessity of detail nursing in the treatment of leukemia with arsenic trioxide.A study was conducted on 84 patients with leukemia treated with arsenic trioxide at the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi from March 2020 to March 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(routine care)and an observation group(supplemented by detailed care on the basis of routine care),with 42 patients in each group.The adverse emotions,treatment compliance,adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that detailed care has a significant effect,which is beneficial for reducing negative emotions in leukemia patients,improving their compliance with arsenic trioxide treatment,reducing adverse reactions,and increasing patient satisfaction with care.
