摘　　要：随着移动互联网技术和移动地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术的飞速发展,自然资源的开发与利用必须要采取变革,由此才能面对日新月异的变化;加之城市化的脚步不断加快,土地保护与利用开发的矛盾日益突出,使得土地资源的供需关系面临新的挑战。为了支撑智慧城市建设,重点推动城乡规划、土地利用总体规划、各项相关信息资源的整合和应用,对土地资源系统进行设计就显得尤为重要,建设土地储备一张图系统也显得极为迫切。设计了一种面向土地储备的移动信息系统,并进行了实践应用。With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and mobile geographic information system(Mobile Geospatial Information System,GIS)technology,the development and utilization of natural resources must also be taken to change,so as to face the ever-changing changes;coupled with the accelerating pace of urbanization,the contradiction between land protection and utilization and development is becoming more and more prominent,making the relationship between the supply and demand of land resources face new challenges.The relationship between supply and demand of land resources is facing new challenges,in order to support the construction of smart cities,focusing on the promotion of urban and rural planning,land use master plan,the integration and application of all relevant information resources,the design of the land resources system is particularly important,and the construction of the land reserve a map system also appears to be extremely urgent.A mobile information system for land reserve is designed and practically applied.
