摘　　要：简要介绍重水堆生产系统各类压缩机的部分运行参数范围说明、报警值或采用的通用技术标准等参数,分析在一定情况下存在与电厂系统实际运行情况不匹配、无法反映出设备的运行趋势变化、无法在设备故障前进行干预判断等问题。提出了采用设置设备检查参数范围、设备运行参数检查记录、设备运行参数干预数值等措施的建议,以达到提前对设备异常状态进行故障前提前干预、快速查找处理缺陷的目的。This paper briefly introduces parameters such as the description of the range of some operating parameters,alarm value or adopted general technical standards of all kinds of compressors in the heavy water reactor production system,which have problems such as the mismatch with the actual operation of the power plant system,the inability to reflect the change of the operation trend of equipment,and the inability to intervene and judge before equipment failures.This paper adopts measures such as setting the range of equipment inspection parameters,the inspection records of equipment operation parameters and the intervention value of equipment operation parameters to achieve the purpose of early intervening and quickly finding and handling defects before failures of the abnormal state of equipment in advance.
