基于多准则决策方法的我国互联网医院发展策略研究

摘　　要：21世纪是互联网的世纪,在信息技术和医疗需求的催生下,世界范围内掀起了互联网医院的热潮。基于我国互联网医院发展所面临的各种挑战因素,设定了4个一级指标,17个二级指标的评价体系,并利用多准则决策方法中的层次分析法对互联网医院的发展进行全面评价。分析结果显示:影响互联网医院发展的要素主要有专业水平、服务水平、政策环境、同行竞争。最后还给出我国互联网医院的发展策略,为促进我国互联网医院发展及完善互联网医疗服务体系提供新思路。The 21st century is the century of the Internet,and the boom of Internet hospitals has been set off all over the world under the impetus of information technology and medical needs.Based on the various challenges faced by the development of Internet hospitals in China,this paper sets up an evaluation system of 4 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators,and comprehensively evaluates the development of Internet hospitals by using the analytic hierarchy process in the multi-criteria decision method.The analysis results show that the first factor that affects the development of Internet hospitals is the professional level,the second is the service level,the third is the policy environment,and that the fourth is peer competition.Finally,this paper gives the development strategy for Internet hospitals in China,which provides new ideas for promoting the development of Internet hospitals and improving the Internet medical service system in China.
