摘　　要：版权产业对于我国文化发展起着举足轻重的作用,是我国软实力的重要组成部分,近年来,我国版权行业规模不断扩大,且向数字化方向发展。区块链技术突破TCP/IP的瓶颈,构建“价值互联网”,其去中心化、分布式存储、可靠性等特点可以解决众多领域面临的问题。对于版权产业数字化转型遇到的困难,区块链技术与之结合无疑是知识产权迈向创新发展的重要环节。将区块链技术应用到版权领域能简化版权登记、版权交易等环节,提高版权管理和司法服务管理效率,降低版权运营成本。但是在版权管理和区块链技术融合过程中存在技术、司法服务等诸多问题,只有不断改进版权管理与区块链技术结合产生的一系列问题,才能促进版权产业向高新技术方向发展,从而推动我国文化产业发展。The copyright industry plays a crucial role in China's cultural development and is an important component of China's soft power.In recent years,the scale of China's copyright industry has been continuously expanding and developing towards digitization.Blockchain technology has broken through the bottleneck of TCP/IP and built the“Value Internet”.Its decentralized,distributed storage,reliability,and other characteristics can be used to solve the challenges faced in many fields.For the difficulties encountered in Digital transformation of copyright industry,the combination of blockchain technology and it is undoubtedly an important link for intellectual property to move towards innovative development.Applying blockchain technology to the copyright field can simplify copyright registration and transaction processes,improve the efficiency of copyright management and judicial service management,and reduce the cost of copyright operation.However,there are still many technical and judicial issues in the integration of copyright management and blockchain technology.Only by continuously improving the series of issues arising from the combination of copyright management and blockchain technology can the copyright industry develop towards high-tech direction and play a promoting role in China’s cultural development.
