摘　　要：人工智能飞速发展催生了各个行业对数据分析人才的迫切需求。基于经济管理类硕士研究生具备数据分析能力的要求,分析了以往培养模式存在的不足之处,提出运用三螺旋培养模式进行合作互补的方案,解决传统模式的弊端。高校深化改革课程体系,培养基础人才;企业提供培训岗位,培养实践能力;政府在政策、资金方面提供支持,推进并监督校企联合的落实。“高校-企业-政府”三方共同协作,形成螺旋上升的培养模式,促进经济管理类研究生数据分析能力的提升,实现数据分析人才的协同培养。In the context of the high speed development of AI(artificial intelligence),the demand of data analysis talents for various industries is urgent.Based on the requirement that graduate students in economics and management have the ability to analyze data,we analyze the shortcomings of the previous cultivation model and propose a cooperative and complementary program using the triple helix cultivation model to solve the shortcomings of the traditional model.Universities deepen the reform of curriculum system to export basic talents;enterprises provide training positions to cultivate practical ability;the government provides support in policy and fund to promote and supervise the university-enterprise alliance.The three parties of“university-enterprise-government”work together to form a spiral cultivation model to promote the improvement of data analysis capabilities of postgraduates in economics and management.
