摘　　要：科技成果转化与大学生创新创业一直是学者们研究的热点。针对高校科技成果转化率低,大学生创新创业项目转化率低、存活率低等问题,分析科技成果向大学生创新创业项目转化的优势,并在此基础上提出完善科技成果转化制度、构建大学生参与科技创业一体化模式、组建创业型导师团队等建议,引导科技成果向大学生创业项目转化,在提升大学生创业项目市场竞争力的同时提升科技成果转化率,进而实现互利共赢,推动高职院校科技成果转化与大学生创新创业教育协同发展。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students have always been a hot research topic for university scholars.In response to the problems of low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities,low conversion rate of innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students,and low survival rate,this paper analyzes the advantages of transforming scientific and technological achievements into innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to improve the system for transforming scientific and technological achievements,build an integrated model for college students to participate in scientific and technological entrepreneurship,and establish an entrepreneurial mentor team to guide the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into university student entrepreneurship projects.While enhancing the market competitiveness of college student entrepreneurship projects,we aim to increase the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,thereby achieving mutual benefit and win-win results,and promoting the coordinated development of scientific and technological achievements conversion in vocational colleges and innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.
