库欣综合征患者的临床特点与身心功能状况及生活质量的关系研究

摘　　要：调查库欣综合征患者的身心功能状况,研究其临床特点与身心状况及生活质量之间的关系,为相应的心理治疗提供一定的理论依据。选取上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院71例临床明确诊断为库欣综合征的患者进行症状体征评估、生化指标检测及问卷调查,比较活动期及缓解期患者临床特点、身心健康状况对其生活质量的影响。结果显示,活动期和缓解期库欣综合征患者在性别、年龄上无明显差异(P>0.05);活动期和缓解期患者在临床指标上(收缩压、舒张压、血钾、8am-F、UFC、FBG、PBG、HDL)差异显著(P>0.05);两组患者生活质量水平均较低,在身心功能状态中显示有差异性,两组患者在生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康总测量等项目的普遍性及单项得分均较低。研究发现,库欣综合征患者生活质量主要受疾病病情的影响,处于疾病活动期的患者身心状态较差,生活质量较低。Investigate the physical and mental functions of patients with Cushing’s syndrome,study the relationship between their clinical characteristics,physical and mental status,and quality of life,and provide a theoretical basis for corresponding psychological treatment.71 patients with Cushing’s syndrome were selected from Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine for symptom and sign evaluation,biochemical index testing,and questionnaire survey.The clinical characteristics and physical and mental health status of patients during the active and remission periods were compared on their quality of life.The results showed that there was no significant difference in gender and age between patients with Cushing’s syndrome in the active and remission stages(P>0.05);There were significant differences in clinical indicators(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood potassium,8am-F,UFC,FBG,PBG,HDL)between patients in the active and remission stages(P>0.05);The quality of life levels of both groups of patients are relatively low,and there are differences in their physical and mental function states.The universality and individual scores of physiological function,social function,emotional function,and overall measurement of mental health are lower in both groups of patients.Research has found that the quality of life of patients with Cushing’s syndrome is mainly affected by the disease condition,and patients in the active phase of the disease have poor physical and mental health,resulting in lower quality of life.
