运用中药内服外洗治疗湿热型脂溢性脱发的验案分析——以武忠老师中药内服外洗治疗方案为例

摘　　要：湿热型脱发俗称“油头”,是一种发生于皮脂溢出部位的慢性、进行性、系统性的皮肤病。本病好发于青壮年,男性多于女性,与雄激素水平有关。中医认为本病主要责之于脾、肝、肾,湿热内盛是本病的基本病机。武忠老师临床运用中药内服外洗治疗湿热型脂溢性脱发有一定疗效,应用优势明显。通过案例分析论述了中药内服外洗的综合治疗理念。Moist heat alopecia,commonly known as“oil head”,is a chronic,progressive and systemic skin disease that occurs in the seborrhea site.The disease tends to occur in young adults,more men than women,and is related to androgen levels.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main responsibility for this disease is the spleen,liver and kidney,and the humid heat and internal prosperity are the basic pathogenesis of this disease.Mr.Wu Zhong’s clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine for internal and external washing in the treatment of moist heat seborrheic alopecia has a certain curative effect,and the application advantages are obvious.
