采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止稽留流产的疗效探究

摘　　要：探讨采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止稽留流产的疗效。随机选取2021年4月—2022年9月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的100例稽留流产患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为参照组和试验组,每组各50例。参照组采用米非司酮配伍卡前列甲酯栓,试验组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,对比两组患者疗效。结果显示,治疗后,试验组患者总流产率高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者麻醉时间、宫腔吸引时间、阴道持续出血时间均短于参照组,且术中出血量与负压吸引力低于参照组(P<0.05);术后第4天,试验组患者血管内皮生长因子水平低于参照组(P<0.05);清宫术前,试验组患者孕酮、雌二醇水平高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者血清CA125水平与外周血RDW低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,终止稽留流产患者采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,可以减少不良反应,缩短手术时间,值得临床应用。Explore the efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in terminating missed miscarriage.Randomly select 100 missed abortion patients admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to September 2022 as the research subjects,and randomly divide them into a reference group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with mifepristone combined with carboprost methyl ester suppository,while the experimental group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the total abortion rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The anesthesia time,uterine cavity suction time,and continuous vaginal bleeding time of the experimental group patients were shorter than those of the reference group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume and negative pressure attraction were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);On the 4th day after surgery,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);Before curettage,the levels of progesterone and estradiol in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The levels of serum CA125 and peripheral blood RDW in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that using mifepristone combined with misoprostol to terminate missed miscarriage can reduce adverse reactions,shorten surgical time,and is worthy of clinical application.
