PDCA循环管理在消毒灭菌物品质量管理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：探究消毒供应室积极实施PDCA循环管理对物品供应造成的影响。在徐州市中心医院消毒供应室展开研究,于2022年1月开始实施PDCA循环管理,主要分为PLAN、DO、CHECK、ACTION四个环节,比较实施前后全年消毒供应室清洗灭菌合格率、器械损耗率的差异及科室工作满意度。结果显示,2022年消毒合格率、灭菌合格率、器械损耗率、器械供应及时满意度、器械供应质量满意度均高于2021年(P<0.05)。研究发现,在消毒供应室积极实施PDCA循环管理,可提高科室工作质量,提高消毒灭菌合格率,减少器械损耗,临床科室满意度更高。Explore the impact of actively implementing PDCA cycle management in disinfection supply rooms on item supply.A study was conducted in the disinfection supply room of Xuzhou Central Hospital,and PDCA cycle management was implemented in January 2022,mainly divided into four stages:PLAN,DO,CHECK,and ACTION.Compare the differences in the cleaning and sterilization qualification rate,equipment loss rate,and department job satisfaction of the disinfection supply room before and after implementation throughout the year.The results showed that the disinfection qualification rate,sterilization qualification rate,device loss rate,timely satisfaction with device supply,and satisfaction with device supply quality in 2022 were all higher than those in 2021(P<0.05).Research has found that actively implementing PDCA cycle management in the disinfection supply room can improve the quality of department work,increase the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization,reduce device wear,and increase clinical department satisfaction.
