运用经典名方治疗阳亢型顽固性不寐探究

摘　　要：临床中,常见有肝失疏泄、肝火上扰形成实性阳亢型不寐,或是肝肾亏虚、虚阳浮越的虚性阳亢,且多合并有中焦失运、痰浊内生等情况,使临床治疗较为棘手,成为顽固性不寐。笔者秉承“辨证施治”的原则,以病机确定治则治方,运用经典名方龙胆泻肝汤、地黄饮子和半夏白术天麻汤等进行化裁治疗顽固性不寐,效果显著。列举了两个案例进行讨论,为临床治疗顽固性不寐探索新的思路与方法。In clinical practice,it is common to have insomnia of solid yang hyperactivity caused by liver dysfunction and disturbance of liver fire,or deficiency yang hyperactivity caused by liver and kidney deficiency and excess yang.It is often combined with situations such as loss of middle energizer and endogenous phlegm,making clinical treatment more difficult and becoming stubborn insomnia.The author adheres to the principle of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”,determines the treatment principle and formula based on the pathogenesis,and uses classic formulas such as Longdan Xiegan Tang,Dihuang Yinzi,and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang to treat stubborn insomnia.The effect is significant,and two cases are listed for discussion.
