芯钻远端锁定系统用于髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折患者的效果研究

摘　　要：研究胫骨干骨折患者治疗中,芯钻远端锁定系统应用于髓内钉治疗的价值。选取2022年3月—2023年3月六盘水市水城区人民医院收治的62例胫骨干骨折患者作为研究对象,利用抛币法将其分为对照组、研究组,每组31例。对照组采用普通髓内钉,研究组采用芯钻远端锁定系统完成远端锁定。比较两组患者的临床指标、远端锁定钉定位准确率、治疗有效率。结果显示,研究组患者的临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组远端锁定钉定位准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,芯钻远端锁定系统应用于髓内钉治疗效果显著,可以提升远端锁定钉定位准确率,对缩短锁定时间、手术时间具有积极意义,可加以推广。Study the value of using the distal locking system of the core drill in the treatment of tibial shaft fractures with intramedullary nails.62 patients with tibial shaft fractures admitted to Liupanshui Shuicheng District People’s Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using the coin throwing method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group used ordinary intramedullary nails,while the research group used a core drill distal locking system to complete distal locking.Compare the clinical indicators,distal locking nail positioning accuracy,and treatment effectiveness between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the clinical indicators of the study group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The accuracy of distal locking nail positioning in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of the core drill distal locking system in the treatment of intramedullary nails has a significant effect,can improve the accuracy of distal locking nail positioning,and has a positive significance in shortening locking time and surgical time,which can be promoted.
