摘 要:深入剖析针对输尿管镜取石术后患者施以饮食护理的具体效果。随机筛选2022年5月—2023年2月在贵州省人民医院接受输尿管镜取石术的100例患者,遵循随机性原则将上述患者划分为两组,每组各50例,对照组患者实施常规护理;实验组患者在实施常规护理的基础上实施饮食护理,深入剖析两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,实验组患者排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、住院时间短于对照组;实验组患者并发症的发生概率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对输尿管镜取石术后患者施以饮食护理,能够明显缩短其术后康复时间,降低并发症的发生概率,显著提高患者的护理满意度,因此临床方面具有极高的推广价值。To analyze the effect of dietary care for patients after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods 100 patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy from May 2022 to February 2023 were randomly screened and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization:one is the control group,which was provided with routine care;the other is the experimental group,which was provided with routine care and then dietary care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed in depth.The experimental group had a significantly shorter time of gas evacuation,bowel sound recovery time,time to get out of bed,time to eat,and hospitalization time compared with the control group;the probability of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Dietary care for ureteroscopic lithotripsy patients can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time,and at the same time reduce the probability of complications,so that the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing care is significantly improved,so it has a high clinical value of popularization.
