加速康复外科理念在后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探究加速康复外科理念在后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者中的应用效果。选取2017年9月—2019年6月贵州省人民医院泌尿外科收治的62例行后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的患者为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为两组,其中,常规组(n=28)采用常规康复方案,ERAS组(n=34)采用加速康复外科方案,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果显示,ERAS组患者各项时间指标均优于常规组,住院费用高于常规组(P<0.01)。ERAS组患者术后VAS评分低于常规组,QOL评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,与常规康复方案相比,加速康复外科方案可以在不增加并发症的基础上,缩短患者术后进饮进食时间以及术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间,减轻患者术后疼痛,加速患者术后康复,提高患者生活质量。Explore the application effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cancer.62 patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cancer admitted to the Urology Department of Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to their admission time.Among them,the conventional group(n=28)used a conventional rehabilitation plan,while the ERAS group(n=34)used an accelerated rehabilitation surgical plan.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the ERAS group had better time indicators than the conventional group,and the hospitalization cost was higher than the conventional group(P<0.01).The postoperative VAS score of ERAS group patients was lower than that of the conventional group,while the QOL score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Research has found that compared with conventional rehabilitation plans,accelerated rehabilitation surgical plans can shorten the postoperative time for patients to drink and eat,as well as thefirst time they get out of bed and stay in the hospital,reduce postoperative pain,accelerate postoperative recovery,and improve their quality of life without increasing complications.
