整体护理在胆石症患者术后护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：探究整体护理在胆石症患者术后护理中的效果。选取山东省泰安八十八医院近两年收治的50例胆石症手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组25例。其中,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施整体护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果显示,实验组患者护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在胆石症手术患者护理中采用整体护理的方法能够有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率,同时还能够提升患者护理满意度,提高患者治疗依从性,有助于患者康复,值得临床推广。Explore the effectiveness of holistic nursing in postoperative care of patients with gallstones.Fifty patients with gallstone surgery admitted to The 88th Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army of China in the past two years were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received routine care,the experimental group received holistic care,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting a holistic nursing approach in the care of patients undergoing cholelithiasis surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction with care,improve treatment compliance,and help patients recover.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
