摘　　要：闭环肌松注射系统(closed-loop muscle analysis,CLMRIS-1)是一种可以自动调节肌内注射速度和剂量的闭环输注系统,是通过实时肌松监测数据进行自动反馈注射肌松药的一项新技术。这种输注方式可以优化肌松剂用药的可控性,减少长时间给药对人体造成的副作用,解决患者对肌松剂代谢的个体差异。腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cho-lecystectomy,LC)是肝胆外科中常见的手术,有着关腹速度快、肌肉松弛要求高的特点,因此良好的肌肉松弛效果是手术顺利进行的保证。阐述了CLMRIS-1的基本原理、研究进展及其在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用情况,为今后的临床应用提供参考。The closed-loop muscle analysis system(CLMRIS-1)is a closed-loop infusion system that can automatically adjust the intramuscular injection speed and dosage.It is a new technology that automatically feedback the injection of muscle relaxants through real-time muscle relaxation monitoring data.This infusion method can optimize the controllability of muscle relaxant medication,reduce the side effects caused by long-term administration on the human body,and address individual differences in patient metabolism of muscle relaxants.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)is a common surgery in liver and gallbladder surgery,characterized by fast abdominal closure and high muscle relaxation requirements.Therefore,a good muscle relaxation effect is a guarantee for the smooth progress of the surgery.This article elaborates on the basic principle,research progress,and application of CLMRIS-1 in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,providing reference for future clinical applications.
