PDCA循环护理模式在日间手术患者术前健康宣教中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探讨日间手术患者术前健康宣教中PDCA循环护理模式的应用效果,分析该模式对患者术前焦虑与信息需求情况、自我准备能力的影响。选取2022年10月—2022年11月收集的研究对象为对照组(82例)进行常规护理;2022年12月—2023年1月收集的研究对象为实验组(83例),在常规护理基础上实施PDCA循环护理。通过对比两组患者阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑与信息需求评分、准备度得分,分析两种护理模式的应用效果。结果显示,实验组患者干预后术前焦虑、信息需求得分均低于干预前;实验组患者干预后准备度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对日间手术患者术前健康宣教实施PDCA循环护理模式能够减轻患者术前焦虑程度,满足患者对手术相关信息的认知需求,提高患者自我准备能力,对手术治疗起到积极作用。Explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing model in preoperative health education for daytime surgery patients,and analyze the impact of this model on preoperative anxiety,information needs,and self-preparation ability of patients.Select the study subjects collected from October 2022 to November 2022 as the control group(85 cases)for routine nursing care;The research subjects collected from December 2022 to January 2023 were the experimental group(85 cases),who implemented PDCA cycle nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Analyze the application effect of two nursing modes by comparing the preoperative anxiety and information needs scores,and self-readiness scores of two groups of patients in Amsterdam.The results showed that the preoperative anxiety and information needs scores of the experimental group patients were lower than before the intervention;The self-preparation score of the experimental group patients after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing the PDCA cycle nursing model in preoperative health education for daytime surgery patients can reduce their preoperative anxiety level,meet their cognitive needs for surgical related information,improve their self-preparation ability,and play a positive role in surgical treatment.
