肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核CT诊断的价值研究

摘　　要：分析临床诊断肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核患者期间,予以CT机断层扫描的价值。选取2022年1月—2022年12月昆明市第三人民医院临床诊治的100例肺结核患者参与分析,所有患者分别进行X线检测、CT检测,分析证型检出率,不同疗效周期病灶变化情况以及CT影像学资料征象表现。据统计,CT检测期间患者有关疾病检出率均高于X线检测技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过临床治疗过程中不同阶段,进行CT检测,患者微结节影、支气管扩大、网织变化、小叶间隔增厚、蜂窝征、毛玻璃影等改善效果较为理想,治疗后15个月CT征象检出率明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,临床诊断患者肺间质改变为主的继发性肺结核病症,予以CT诊断价值更高,医生能够实时掌握患者治疗期间病灶处实际变化,并调整相应治疗措施,既能够提高治疗针对性,又能缩短患者病症恢复时间,提高治疗效果,值得基层医疗机构进行推广。Exploring the value of CT scanning during the clinical diagnosis of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis patients with primary interstitial changes.100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who underwent clinical diagnosis and treatment at Kunming Third People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected for analysis.All patients underwent X-ray and CT examinations to analyze the detection rate of syndrome types,changes in lesions during different therapeutic cycles,and CT imaging data manifestations.According to statistics,during the CT examination period,there were relevant disease detection rates in patients,all of which were higher than X-ray detection techniques,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Through CT detection at different stages of clinical treatment,the improvement effect of patients with nodules,bronchial enlargement,changes in reticulum,thickening of interlobular septa,honeycomb sign,and ground glass shadow is relatively ideal.The detection rate of CT signs at 15 months after treatment is significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that CT is more valuable for clinical diagnosis of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis,which is mainly caused by pulmonary interstitial changes.Doctors can grasp the actual changes in the focus of the patient during treatment in real time,and adjust the corresponding treatment measures,which can not only improve the treatment pertinence,shorten the recovery time of the disease,improve the treatment effect,but also promote it to grass-roots medical institutions.
