小儿感染性疾病中PCT、CRP检测的应用效果研究

摘　　要：分析在小儿感染性疾病中降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)检测的应用效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月镇远县人民医院收治的40例细菌感染患儿为实验1组,40例病毒感染患儿为实验2组,40例未发生感染患儿为参照组,对三组患儿的PCT、CRP水平进行检测,对比三组血清实验室水平以及3种检测方式的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果显示,参照组患儿的CRP、PCT水平低于实验1组、实验2组(P<0.05);实验1组患儿CRP、PCT水平高于实验2组(P<0.05)。联合应用检测与单独应用PCT检测的灵敏度、特异度与准确率对比差异显著(P<0.05);联合应用检测与单独应用CRP检测的灵敏度、准确率对比差异显著(P<0.05),特异度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,在小儿感染性疾病中实施PCT、CRP检测的应用价值较高,不仅能明确患者的病情状况,还能鉴别细菌感染以及病毒感染,值得推广。To analyze the application effect of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)detection in children with infectious diseases.Select 40 children with bacterial infections admitted to Zhenyuan County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as experimental group 1,40 children with viral infections as experimental group 2,and 40 children without infection as reference group.Detect the levels of PCT and CRP in the three groups of children,compare the serum laboratory levels and the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the three detection methods.The results showed that the levels of CRP and PCT in the reference group were lower than those in the experimental group 1 and experimental group 2(P<0.05);The levels of CRP and PCT in experimental group 1 were higher than those in experimental group 2(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy between the combined application of PCT detection and the individual application of PCT detection(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in sensitivity and accuracy between the combined application of CRP detection and the individual application of CRP detection(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in specificity(P>0.05).The study found that the application value of PCT and CRP detection in children with infectious diseases is high.It can not only clarify the condition of patients,but also identify bacterial infection and viral infection,which is worth promoting.
