大防风汤联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证临床观察

摘  要:探讨大防风汤联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证临床效果。选取2019年3月—2021年12月钦州市钦北区妇幼保健院收治的90例神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予颈椎牵引,观察组给予大防风汤联合颈椎牵引。结果显示,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、颈椎功能障碍指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组颈椎病临床评价量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,大防风汤联合颈椎牵引可明显改善神经根型颈椎病风寒阻络证患者的临床症状及颈椎功能。Explore the clinical effect of Dafangfeng Tang combined with cervical traction in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis with wind cold obstruction syndrome.90 patients with wind cold obstruction syndrome of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Qinbei District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Qinzhou City from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received cervical traction,while the observation group received Dafangfeng Tang combined with cervical traction.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The pain score and cervical dysfunction index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical evaluation scale score of cervical spondylosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of Dafangfeng Tang and cervical traction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cervical function of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis with wind cold obstruction syndrome.
