综合护理干预在先天性肾积水患儿围手术期的应用效果研究

摘　　要：观察将综合护理干预应用于先天性肾积水患儿围手术期的效果。随机挑选贵州省人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的60例先天性肾积水患儿为研究对象,并将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组使用基础护理干预,观察组使用综合护理干预,对两组患儿行为依从性、患儿家属护理满意率、患儿并发症发生率、术后拆线时间进行观察。观察组患儿行为依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比分析两组患儿家属护理满意率情况,观察组患儿家属护理满意率更高(P<0.05)。对比分析两组患儿术后短期并发症发生率情况,观察组是3.33%,对照组是20.00%,从中可以看出使用综合护理的观察组患儿很少出现并发症,安全性更高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后拆线时间为(7.85±0.82)d,对照组患儿术后拆线时间为(10.40±2.25)d,观察组患儿术后拆线时间要明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在先天性肾积水患儿围手术期中,给予其综合护理干预,对患儿家属护理满意率、患儿行为依从性的提升具有较为积极影响,且可以有效降低患儿并发症发生率,促进患儿术后快速康复,值得临床推广和应用。To observe the effects of applying comprehensive nursing interventions to the perioperative period in children with congenital hydronephrosis.A total of 60 children with congenital hydronephrosis admitted to Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used basic nursing intervention,and the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention to observe the behavior compliance,family nursing satisfaction rate,complication rate and postoperative stitch removal time of the two groups.The behavioral compliance of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of family members of children in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of short-term postoperative complications in the two groups was 3.33%in the observation group and 20.00%in the control group,which showed that the children in the observation group who used comprehensive care had few complications and had higher safety(P<0.05).The postoperative stitch removal time of the observation group was(7.85±0.82)d,and the postoperative stitch removal time of the control group was(10.40±2.25)d,and the postoperative stitch removal time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that in the perioperative period of children with congenital hydronephrosis,comprehensive nursing intervention had a positive impact on the nursing satisfaction rate of children’s families and the improvement of children’s behavioral compliance,and could effectively reduce the incidence of complications and promote the rapid recovery of children after surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
