摘　　要：分析2018—2022年湄潭县水痘发病情况,了解其流行病学特征及全县水痘疫情发展规律,为制订该病防控措施提供参考。2018—2022年,湄潭县共报告水痘病例1488例,发病高峰时间集中在5~6月、10~12月两个阶段;发病患者以学生居多,共955例,占全部发病人数的64.18%;其次为幼托儿童及散居儿童;患者年龄分布则以10~14岁的青少年为主,共420例,占28.22%;其次为15~19岁的青少年,共218例,占14.64%;再次为7~8岁的儿童,共105例,占7.05%。研究发现,2018—2022年湄潭县水痘发生情况呈一般水平,无明显疫情高发情况,发病患者以10~14岁人群为主,学生及幼托儿童、散居儿童为易感人群。相关部门应做好防控工作,尽可能降低水痘发生风险,避免疫情蔓延。Analyze the incidence of chickenpox in Meitan County from 2018 to 2022,understand its epidemiological characteristics and the development pattern of the chickenpox epidemic in the entire county,and provide reference for formulating prevention and control measures for the disease.From 2018 to 2022,a total of 1488 cases of chickenpox were reported in Meitan County,with peak onset times concentrated in two stages:May June and October December;The majority of patients with the disease were students,with a total of 955 cases,accounting for 64.18%of the total number of patients;Next are preschool children and scattered children;The age distribution of patients is mainly among adolescents aged 10-14,with a total of 420 cases,accounting for 28.22%;The second group is adolescents aged 15-19,with a total of 218 cases,accounting for 14.64%;Again,there were 105 children aged 7-8,accounting for 7.05%.Research has found that the incidence of chickenpox in Meitan County from 2018 to 2022 was average,with no significant high incidence of the epidemic.The main incidence of chickenpox was among the 10-14 year old population,with students,preschool children,and scattered children as susceptible groups.Relevant departments should do a good job in prevention and control,minimize the risk of chickenpox occurrence as much as possible,and avoid the spread of the epidemic.
