加强和改进医院后勤思政工作探究

摘　　要：医院是为社会服务的核心机构,后勤工作在其中发挥着非常关键的作用。现阶段,医院后勤工作正面临着众多问题,后勤职工的思想政治工作亦是如此。重点分析在时代如何加强和改进医院后勤职工思想政治工作。研究发现,通过坚持正面教育,提升后勤职工素质水平;丰富医院后勤工作内容,激发职工工作热情;发挥党建活动优势,凸显党员模范带头作用;制定并落实激励政策;切实加强党对医院后勤工作的思想政治领导;注意挖掘医院后勤职工的内在潜力;抓住舆论,提高共识程度;可以加大对医院后勤职工思想政治教育力度,进而提升医院后勤工作执行质量。The national socio-economic development has brought vitality and vitality to the development of the medical industry,making the various work of hospitals smooth and reasonable.Hospitals are the core institutions that serve society,and logistics work plays a crucial role in them.At present,hospital logistics work is facing numerous problems,and the ideological and political work of logistics staff is also the same.This article focuses on analyzing how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of hospital logistics staffin the new situation.Research has found that by adhering to positive education,the quality level of logistics staffcan be improved;Enrich the content of hospital logistics work and stimulate employees’enthusiasm for work;Give full play to the advantages of party building activities and highlight the exemplary and leading role of party members;Develop and implement incentive policies;Effectively strengthening the Party’s ideological and political leadership over hospital logistics work;Pay attention to tapping into the inherent potential of hospital logistics staff;Seize public opinion and enhance consensus;We can increase the ideological and political education efforts for hospital logistics staff,thereby improving the quality of hospital logistics work execution.
