摘　　要：充分挖掘和利用交流合作人员档案数据资源,发挥其基础信息支撑作用,有助于推进构建人类命运共同体的伟大进程。围绕实现交流合作人员档案数据共建共享目标,分析档案数据协同治理结构体系和交流合作人员档案数据协同治理实现路径,提出交流合作人员档案数据开发利用推进策略,探讨档案数据开发利用的实践路向,以助力发挥交流合作人员档案数据资源赋能社会发展和服务人民群众的应有作用。It helps to promote the great process of building a community with a shared future for mankind to fully explore and utilize the personnel archival data resources by leveraging their basic information supporting role.Focusing on achieving co-construction and sharing goals of archival data of the communication and cooperation personnel,structural system and implementation path for archival data collaborative governance are analyzed,strategies for promoting the development and utilization of archival data are proposed,and practical direction for archival data development and utilization is explored,all which are helpful to leveraging their deserved value of archival data resources in empowering social development and serving the people.
