摘　　要：历史档案开放对于促进历史研究的开展、发挥历史档案的社会价值具有重要作用。本文探讨国外关于历史档案开放的语境和实践,包括国外对于“历史档案”相关概念的理解、国外“历史档案”的主要构成以及国外开放“历史档案”的实例,同时立足概念认知、法规制度语境和实践差异,对我国历史档案开放不理想的现实状况进行思考,以期对我国历史档案开放实践有所启示。The opening of historical archives plays an important role in promoting the historical research and embodying the social value of historical archives.This paper discusses the context and practice of the opening of historical archives in foreign countries,including the perception of concepts related to"historical archive",the main composition of"historical archive"and examples of the opening of"historical archive"in foreign countries.At the same time,based on the differences in concept cognition,legislative context as well as practice,this paper takes a reflection on the unsatisfactory reality of the opening of historical archives in China in order to provide an enlightenment for domestic relevant practice.
