摘　　要：建设项目档案治理面临档案数量规模快速增长、质量要求更趋严格、治理环境深刻调整的重要挑战。这些挑战与建设项目档案实践的既有问题交织叠加,构成了亟待解决的治理裂隙,主要表现为档案归属流向不清、管理权认识分歧、多套制度体系并立。应以档案治理的宏观生成机理为中心,探索治理裂隙的弥合优化策略,包括凝聚价值共识、协调治理逻辑和健全制度建设三个方面。The archival management of construction projects is faced with important challenges such as rapid increase in the number and scale of archives,stricter quality requirements and profound adjustment of governance environment.These challenges are intertwined with the existing problems in the archival practice of the construction project,forming a governance gap that needs to be bridged urgently.The main problems are manifested in the unclear flow of archival ownership,the divergence of understanding of"management rights"and the coexistence of multiple sets of institutional systems.Countermeasures are that we should focus on the macro-generation mechanism of archival governance and explore the strategies for bridging and optimizing the governance gap,which include three aspects:condensing value consensus,coordinating governance logic and improving system construction.
