摘　　要：档案职业健康是健康中国建设的重要组成部分,明确档案职业健康状况对保障档案工作者生命安全和档案工作顺利开展至关重要。本文以近乎覆盖全国的档案工作者群体为研究对象,通过调查档案工作者及其工作环境的基本情况、档案工作者对职业危害因素的知晓程度、防护措施和身体不适症状出现的情况等,分析了档案工作者当前的职业健康状况。结果发现:档案职业健康问题多且重,档案工作者普遍存在防护意识淡薄,接触档案实体时防护措施不到位现象;档案工作者眼部刺激症状、肢体疼痛、上呼吸道和皮肤刺激症状发生率高;另有高比例档案工作者出现了从事档案工作前未出现过的过敏、呼吸系统和神经系统症状。本文为下一步分析档案职业危害因素与档案工作者健康之间的相互作用规律提供了数据基础,为档案工作环境治理和保障档案工作者健康提供了参考依据。The occupational health of archivists is an important part of healthy China initiative,and clarifying the archivists'occupational health status is crucial to guarantee the safety of the archivists and the smooth progress of the archival work.Taking the archivists group covering nearly the whole country as the research object,this paper analyzes their current occupational health status by investigating the basic situation of the archivists and their working environment,their knowledge of occupational hazard factors,protective measures and symptoms of physical discomfort,etc.The results show that,the occupational health problems are numerous and heavy,and the archivists generally have a weak sense of protection and inadequate protective measures when contacting archival entities.The incidence of eye irritation,limb pain,upper respiratory tract and skin irritation were high among the archivists.Besides,a high proportion of the archivists have allergies,respiratory and neurological symptoms that did not occur prior to their archival work.This paper provides a data basis for further analysis of the interaction between the archival occupational hazard factors and the occupational health of the archivists,and provides a reference for the governance of archival working environment and the protection of the archivists'health.
