摘  要:增塑型软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)除了具有良好的柔韧性和延伸性外,还具有高模量、拉伸强度等特性。文章制备了一系列具有富硬聚乳酸(PLA)核和富软聚(ε-己内酯)(PCL)壳的六臂星形共聚物(S6-PLA-PCL),并将其作为增塑剂用于制备软性PVC。通过优化ε-己内酯与丙交酯(LA)的单体比、LA的平均聚合度和LA的类型(外消旋型或L型)提升软质PVC的力学性能。结果表明:S6-PLA-PCL增塑剂的PVC透明度与纯PVC和传统增塑剂的PVC透明度相似。S6-PLA-PCL在PVC基体中具有优异的迁移性能。PLA和PCL均具有可持续性、生物相容性和可生物降解性。因此,制备的S6-PLA-PCL可被称为PVC塑料的高性能、绿色高分子增塑剂。The plasticized flexible polyvinyl chloride(PVC)not only possesses good flexibility and extensibility but also exhibits high modulus,tensile strength,and other characteristics.A series of six-arm star copolymers with rigid polylactic acid(PLA)core and soft poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)shell(S6-PLA-PCL)were prepared and used as plasticizers for the preparation of soft PVC.The mechanical properties of soft PVC were improved by optimizing the monomer ratio ofε-caprolactone to lactide(LA),the average degree of polymerization of LA and the type of LA(racemic or L-type).The results show that the transparency of PVC with S6-PLA-PCL plasticizer is similar to that of pure PVC and PVC with traditional plasticizer.S6-PLA-PCL has excellent migration properties in PVC matrix.Both PLA and PCL have sustainability,biocompatibility and biodegradability.Therefore,the prepared S6-PLA-PCL can be called a highperformance,green polymer plasticizer for PVC plastics.
