摘 要:文章以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体,以甘蔗渣纤维(BF)、聚乳酸(PLA)、纳米CaCO_(3)为填料,通过“熔融挤出”制备力学性能优良、可生物降解的LDPE/BF/PLA/CaCO_(3)复合材料。探究BF、纳米CaCO_(3)、PLA的加入对复合材料力学性能、热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:加入PLA能够明显提升复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度;加入BF后有效增强纤维与基体表面结合性,提高复合材料的结晶度与力学性能;纳米CaCO_(3)的加入可使材料热稳定性与力学性能均得到提升;当BF添加量为6%,PLA添加量为5%,纳米CaCO_(3)添加量为5%时,复合材料力学性能最优,拉伸强度提升10.68%,冲击强度提升30.31%。研究为LDPE作为可生物降解材料在农资、包装等领域应用提供依据。LDPE/BF/PLA/CaCO_(3) composites with excellent mechanical properties and biodegradability were prepared by'melt extrusion'using low density polyethylene(LDPE)as matrix,bagasse fiber(BF),polylactic acid(PLA)and nano CaCO_(3) as fillers.The effects of BF,nano CaCO_(3) and PLA on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composites were investigated.The results show that the addition of PLA can significantly improve the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites.After adding BF,the surface bonding between fiber and matrix is effectively enhanced,and the crystallinity and mechanical properties of the composites are improved.The addition of nano CaCO_(3) can improve the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the material.When the addition amount of BF is 6%,the addition amount of PLA is 5%,and the addition amount of nano CaCO_(3) is 5%,the mechanical properties of the composite are the best,the tensile strength is increased by 10.68%,and the impact strength is increased by 30.31%.The research provides a basis for the application of LDPE as a biodegradable material in the fields of agricultural materials and packaging.
