纳米TiO_(2)环氧苯丙复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：文章通过在钛酸丁酯溶液中加入油酸,氮气保护下依次加入自制复合乳化剂、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和环氧树脂,经过升温反应,制备性能优良的纳米环氧苯丙复合成膜材料。对复合涂膜的耐水性能、耐擦洗性能、力学性能、吸水率和稳定性进行测试。结果表明:采用自制LAS-BRIJ35复合乳化剂,且LAS-BRIJ35用量为0.3%时,涂膜的耐水性能较好;pH值范围为7.0~7.5时,涂层的稳定性能最佳;环氧树脂添加量6%时,涂膜的耐擦洗性能最佳,达到935次;TiO_(2)用量3%时,涂膜的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度最高。因此,采用自制纳米环氧苯丙复合成膜材料有望获得综合性能优良的水性防腐涂料。By adding oleic acid to butyl titanate solution,self-made composite emulsifier,styrene,butyl acrylate and epoxy resin were added successively under nitrogen protection.After heating reaction,nano-epoxy styrene-acrylic composite film-forming material with excellent performance was prepared.The water resistance,scrub resistance,mechanical properties,water absorption and stability of the composite coating were tested.The results show that the water resistance of the film is better when the self-made LAS-BRIJ35 composite emulsifier is used and the amount of LAS-BRIJ35 is 0.3%.The stability of the coating is the best when the pH value is in the range of 7.0~7.5.When the addition amount of epoxy resin is 6%,the scrub resistance of the coating film is the best,reaching 935 times.When the amount of TiO_(2) is 3%,the elongation at break and tensile strength of the film are the highest.Therefore,the self-made nano-epoxy styrene-acrylic composite film-forming material is expected to obtain water-based anti-corrosion coatings with excellent comprehensive performance.
