摘  要:2,6-萘二甲酸(2,6-NDA)是合成含萘高性能聚酯的重要单体,2,6-NDA合成纯化技术一直是国内外的研究热点。不同工艺制备的2,6-萘二甲酸粗产品中杂质种类和含量不完全相同。为了获得高纯聚酯级的2,6-萘二甲酸必须进行纯化,文章简述了2,6-NDA的杂质种类及影响,并比较了几种2,6-NDA的提纯方法,对以2,6-NDA/2,6-NDC为单体的几种萘基聚合物如聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、聚萘二甲酸丙二醇(PTN)、聚萘二酸丁二醇酯(PBN)及热致型液晶聚合物(TLCP)的技术开发、材料特点及应用进展进行介绍,为2,6-NDA提纯技术开发和后端聚酯材料合理化、高附加值应用场景开发提供借鉴。2,6-Naphthalenedicarboxylic acid(2,6-NDA)is an important monomer for the synthesis of high-performance polyesters containing naphthalene.The synthesis and purification technology of 2,6-NDA has always been a research hotspot at home and abroad.The types and content of impurities in crude 2,6-NDA products prepared by different processes are not exactly the same.In order to obtain high-purity polyester-grade 2,6-NDA,purification must be carried out.The types and effects of impurities in 2,6-NDA are briefly described,and several purification methods of 2,6-NDA are compared.The technical development,material characteristics and application progress of several naphthalene-based polymers such as poly(ethylene naphthalate)(PEN),poly(propylene naphthalate)(PTN),poly(butylene naphthalate)(PBN)and thermotropic liquid crystal polymer(TLCP)with 2,6-NDA/2,6-NDC as monomers are introduced,which provides reference for the development of 2,6-NDA purification technology and the rationalization of back-end polyester materials and the development of high value-added application scenarios.
