摘  要:单一无机纳米材料对树脂性能的提升具有一定的局限性,使用复合纳米材料对树脂进行改性研究,从而达到协同增强的目的,是目前复合材料的研究热点之一。近年来采用氧化石墨烯(GO)二维材料和具有特殊功能的纳米颗粒进行杂化,形成具有双维度三维点平面结构的纳米材料,在改善树脂各方面性能或赋予树脂一些特殊功能方面贡献突出。文章综述了三维点平面纳米材料的典型制备方法(溶胶-凝胶法、溶液混合法、水热法和自组装法),阐明三维点平面纳米材料功能特点,介绍了纳米杂化材料在树脂中的应用,展望了三维点平面材料协同增强树脂基复合材料的发展前景。纳米杂化材料的加入可以显著提高树脂的防腐性能、热学性能、力学性能等。Single inorganic nanomaterials have certain limitations in improving resin properties,and the use of composite nanomaterials to modify resin to achieve the purpose of synergistic enhancement is one of the current research hotspots of composites.In recent years,graphene oxide(GO)two-dimensional materials and nanoparticles with special functions have been hybridized to form nanomaterials with two-dimensional 3D point-plane structure,which have made outstanding contributions to improving the properties of resin in all aspects or giving resin some special functions.The article provides an overview of typical methods for preparing three-dimensional planar nano materials,including sol-gel,solution mixing,hydrothermal,and self-assembly methods.It elucidates the functional characteristics of three-dimensional planar nano materials,introduces the application of nano-hybrid materials in resins,and anticipates the development prospects of composite materials based on resin with enhanced properties through the incorporation of three-dimensional planar materials.The addition of nano-hybrid materials can significantly enhance the corrosion resistance,thermal properties,mechanical properties,and more of resins.
