摘  要:随着油田精细化管理和第四代智能分注技术的普及,单层小方量注入的计量、调节技术显得尤为重要,同时还要满足低功耗长寿命的使用要求。目前,井下分注仪的孔板流量计及调节阀很难满足5m3/d的测调要求。根据井下测调原理,对影响小方量测调的技术难点进行了分析,针对性地设计了多级偏心孔板流量计,使过流面积增加69%,并满足5m3/d的起排要求;优化改进了调节阀结构和测调逻辑,使调节阀满足2.67m3/d~111.35m3/d的调节需求,且测调效率更高,防堵塞能力更好。通过理论计算、室内试验和现场验证,证明该技术方案效果良好,满足了小方量测调的工艺要求。With the popularization of the fourth generation intelligent waterflooding technology in the oil exploitation industry,the injecting water’s measurement and adjust technology with small flow is particularly important.Downhole water distributor also needs to meet the requirements of low power consumption and long life.At present,it is difficult for the orifice plate flowmeter and regulating valve to meet the requirements of 5m³/d.According to the theory of downhole-flow measurement and adjustment,the multi-stage offset orifice plate flowmeter is designed,it can increase the flow area by 69%and lower the measuring range to 5m³/d.Optimized the regulating valve’s structure and adjusting logic,so that the regulating valve can meet the adjustment requirements of 2.67m³/d to 111.35m³/d.Also,the improved regulating valve has better efficiency and not easy to be blocked.Through theoretical calculation,laboratory test and field verification,this technical scheme has been proved working well virtually.
