摘  要:本文通过理论分析得出旋转类控制阀哈夫螺钉受力的计算方法,并采用ANSYS workbench数值模拟分析的方式,分别验证了哈夫螺钉预紧力不足时及哈夫螺钉预紧力足够时,执行机构扭矩对哈夫螺钉强度及寿命的影响。哈夫螺钉预紧力不足时,执行机构的扭矩反复加载,螺钉受到交变载荷作用,应力变化幅值大,结构寿命短;哈夫螺钉预紧力足够时,执行机构的扭矩反复加载,螺钉拉力与应力变化范围均很小,螺钉寿命较长。哈夫连接结构的螺钉预紧力不应小于执行机构扭矩产生的螺钉拉力,且在结构强度允许的条件下,螺钉预紧力越大越好,对同类产品的设计具有借鉴或参考意义。In this paper,the calculation method of the force of the rotary valve half bolt is obtained by theoretical analysis.The influence of actuator torque on half bolt strength and life is verified by ANSYS workbench numerical simulation when the preload of half bolt is insufficient and the preload of half bolt is sufficient.When the preload of the half bolt is insufficient,the torque of the actuator is repeatedly loaded,and the bolt is subjected to alternating loads,resulting in a large amplitude of stress change and a short life.When the preload of the half bolt is sufficient,the torque of the actuator is repeatedly loaded,and the variation of bolt tension and stress is small,resulting in a longer life.The preload of the bolt in the half connection structure should not be less than the bolt tension generated by the torque of the actuator,and the larger the preload of the half bolt,the better,under the condition that the structural strength allows,which has reference significance for design of similar products.
