摘　　要：在新时期天然气长输管线工程配套阀室项目建设中,行政审批手续简便,施工快速高效,可复制化程度高的露天阀室新建设方案具有重要的意义。本文从露天阀室防爆控制小屋建造设计思路、内部构成、功能特点、应用效益等方面,进行了详细地阐述和分析。防爆控制小屋将传统阀室建设方案的低压配电、控制、网络通讯、安防监控、气体监测、火灾探测等设备高度集成整合在一起,提高了阀室整体的自动控制水平,给露天阀室建设方案提供了技术支撑,在阀室建设前手续办理、建设过程管理、建设工期、工程造价、投产后期运维检修以及批量复制建造等方面具有很多优势,较好地给工程项目建设增值。In the construction of supporting valve chambers for natural gas long-distance pipeline projects in the new era,a new construction plan for outdoor valve chambers with simple administrative approval procedures,fast and efficient construction,and high replicability is of great significance.This article provides a detailed explanation and analysis of the construction design concept,internal composition,functional characteristics,and application benefits of the outdoor valve chamber explosion-proof control cabin.The explosion-proof control cabin highly integrates the low-voltage distribution,control,network communication,security monitoring,gas monitoring,fire detection and other equipment of the traditional valve chamber construction plan,improving the overall automatic control level of the valve chamber and providing technical support for the outdoor valve chamber construction plan.It handles procedures before the valve chamber construction,manages the construction process,construction period,and project cost There are many advantages in operation,maintenance,and batch replication construction during the later stage of production,which can effectively add value to the construction of engineering projects.
