摘  要:核电站包含了大量电动机、执行器、加热器等低压设备,每一个设备的非正常运行都有可能突破安全屏障,其中人的失误是引发故障发生的重要因素。掌握低压设备造成人因事件的基本规律,提出预防人因失误的管理措施,有效减少核电站人因事件发生,必须对低压设备造成的人因失误采集分类,研究其原因,制定针对性的监控方法。本文提出了一种新型的管理方式,运用智能微型断路器监测、控制低压设备的功能,结合核电站纵深防御的安全管理理念,搭建低压设备运行维护监控平台,具备覆盖面广,功能齐全,改造灵活的特点,构建一种有效的防人因失误监控手段。The nuclear power plant contains a large number of low-voltage equipment such as motors,actuators,heaters,etc.The abnormal operation of each equipment may break through the Safety barrier.In the past,many accidents were caused by human errors.In order to grasp the basic laws of human performance events caused by low-voltage equipment,propose management measures to prevent human performance errors,and effectively reduce the occurrence of human performance events in nuclear power plants,it is necessary to collect and classify human performance errors caused by low-voltage equipment,study their causes,and develop targeted monitoring methods.This article proposes a new management method that utilizes the basic method of intelligent miniature circuit breakers to monitor and control low-voltage equipment,combined with the safety management concept of deep defense in nuclear power plants,to build a low-voltage equipment operation and maintenance monitoring platform,which has the characteristics of wide coverage,complete functions,and flexible transformation,and to construct an effective monitoring method.
