摘 要:核取样系统(REN)主要是对核电厂各运行阶段的气体、液体样品进行集中取样。原用的基地型气动压差调节器在使用中需要手动、自动切换操作且较为复杂,因为精度和机械因素导致死区不可调等问题频繁出现,故障率较高,维修较为复杂。现用PLC控制系统对其进行优化改造,采用双控制器的模式互为备份以便故障时及时切换,利用数字式PID实现更加平滑精准的控制,通过人机交互系统直接对核取样系统中的仪表阀门进行精确控制,实时通讯并传输数据实现在线分析,使核取样系统更加精确、可靠和智能。The Nuclear Sampling System(REN)is mainly used for centralized sampling of gas and liquid samples from various operating stages of nuclear power plants.The original base type pneumatic differential pressure regulator used requires manual and automatic switching operations and is relatively complex.Due to precision and mechanical factors,problems such as non-adjustable dead zones often occur,resulting in a high failure rate and complex maintenance.The PLC control system is now used to optimize and transform this system,using a dual controller mode to backup each other for timely switching in case of faults,and using digital PID to achieve smoother and more accurate control.Precise control of instrument valves in the nuclear sampling system is achieved through a human-computer interaction system,real-time communication,and data transmission to achieve online analysis.These optimization measures can make the nuclear sampling system more precise,reliable,and intelligent.
