摘　　要：尿流改道术后上尿路结石的临床诊疗报道较少。本研究共30例尿流改道术后上尿路结石患者,手术均顺利完成。利用输尿管镜和/或经皮肾镜碎石术个体化搭配顺行、逆行或顺逆结合的治疗方式是安全可行的。IThere are few clinical reports on the diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract stones secondary to urinary diversion.This study included 30 patients with upper urinary tract stones secondary to urinary diversion,and all of which were successfully managed.The individualized treatment with the ureteroscopy and/or percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with antegrade,retrograde,or a combination of antegrade and retrograde is safe and feasible.
