摘　　要：目的 基于中医智能远程脉象检测系统,分析原发性高血压病不同分期、证型的脉象参数规律,并对其进行病证关联研究。方法 选择2018年1月—2021年12月以原发性高血压病为诊断收治的200例患者,应用中医智能远程脉象检测系统采集其脉象信息,并将其与60例健康者进行对照,运用数学软件和统计学方法描述并分析原发性高血压病患者和健康者的不同脉象参数特点、高血压病不同分期、证型的脉象参数规律。结果 原发性高血压病患者中以弦脉出现频次最高(28.5%),其后依次为滑脉(20%)、细脉(23%)、数脉(12%)、涩脉(9%)。原发性高血压病患者不同分期与健康平脉组脉象参数比较结果显示:高血压病Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的H1(x)、-H1(x)、P1(x)值均低于健康平脉组,高血压病各期的H1(y)、-H1(y)、P1(y)、P2(x)、P2(y)值高于健康平脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压病Ⅲ期的脉率Pr高于健康平脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。原发性高血压病患者不同证型间脉象参数比较结果显示:阴虚阳亢证-H1(x)、P1(x)值低于健康人群,H1(y)、-H1(y)、P1(y)、P2(x)、P2(y)值高于健康人群;痰湿内阻证H2(x)、-H1(y)、P1(x)值低于健康人群,H1(y)、P1(y)值高于健康人群;肝火上炎证的脉率Pr高于健康人群;冲任失调证H2(y)、-H1(y)、P1(y)、P2(y)值低于健康人群,H1(y)、P1(x)值高于健康人群;肾精不足证H1(y)、H2(x)、P1(y)、P2(x)、P2(y)值、脉率Pr低于健康人群,-H1(y)、P1(x)值高于健康人群;瘀血阻窍证-H1(x)、-H1(y)、P1(x)值低于健康人群,H1(y)、H2(x)、P1(y)值高于健康人群,以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 原发性高血压病不同分期、证型的脉象参数均具有一定规律,各脉象参数亦可以揭示每种脉象所产生的病理生理学原理,通过对原发性高血压病脉象参数的病证关联进行研究,将有助于提高中医药防治原发性高血压病的临床水平,为实现原发�Objective Based on the TCM Intelligent Remote Pulse Detection System,the pulse parameters of different stages and syndromes of essential hypertension were analyzed,and the correlation between disease and syndrome was studied.s Methods From January 2018 to December 2021,200 patients with essential hypertension were selected,and their pulse information was collected by TCM Intelligent Remote Pulse Detection System,and compared with 60 healthy people.Mathematical software and statistical meth-ods were used to describe and analyze the characteristics of different pulse parameters,pulse parameters of different stages and syndromes of essential hypertension between patients and healthy people.s Results Among patients with essential hypertension,the fre-quency of taut pulse was the highest(28.5%),followed by slippery pulse(20%),thready pulse(23%),rapid pulse(12%)and un-even pulse(9%).Comparison of pulse parameters between patients with essential hypertension in different stages and healthy nor-mal pulse group showed that the values of H1(x),-H1(x)and P1(x)in stageⅡand stageⅢof hypertension were lower than those in healthy pulse control group,and the values of H1(y),-H1(y),P1(y),P2(x)and P2(y)in each stage of hypertension were higher than those in healthy pulse control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pulse rate(Pr)of patients with hypertension stage III was higher than that of healthy pulse control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of pulse parameters among patients with different syndromes of essential hypertension showed that the values of-H1(x)and P1(x)in patients with syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency were lower than those in healthy people,while the values of H1(y),-H1(y),P1(y),P2(x)and P2(y)were higher than those in healthy people.The values of H2(x),-H1(y)and P1(x)in patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome were lower than those in healthy people,while the values of H1(y)and P1(y)were higher than those in healthy people.The pulse rate(
