摘　　要：目的 舌中凹陷作为一种新发现的舌象,应用图像数字化处理技术、基于专家赋值法的舌质、苔质的量化以及舌象五分区的方法,对舌中凹陷的舌象进行定性定量化认识。方法 通过纳入样本为辽宁中医药大学在读大学生的舌象500例,含有舌中凹陷的舌象69例,通过体质问卷调查后,其中气虚质39例,故对气虚质的舌中凹陷舌象进行客观化分析,同时采用随机抽样方法,从非舌中凹陷的舌象中抽取100例作为对照组。采用图像数字化处理技术记录两组舌象舌质和舌苔五分区的HSV(色调Hue,饱和度Saturation,明度Value)色度空间特征数据,并由专家对舌质、苔质的指标进行量化赋分。通过对比舌中凹陷组与对照组舌象特征差异,探讨舌中凹陷舌象特征。结果 舌色特征:舌中凹陷组与对照组舌色所占比例最高的均为淡红舌,淡紫舌在舌中凹陷组比例明显高于对照组(P<0.01);舌形特征:舌中凹陷组齿痕舌、胖大舌、嫩舌比例比对照组高(P<0.05);舌苔特征:舌中凹陷组腻苔较对照组相比所占比例较高(P<0.05);在津液盈亏方面,滑苔在舌中凹陷组较对照组相比较为多见(P<0.05);舌中凹陷组齿痕舌、胖大舌分值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),腻苔在舌中凹陷组分值较对照组相比较高(P<0.05);舌下络脉特征:舌下络脉变细者在舌中凹陷组比例明显高于对照组(P<0.01),故舌中凹陷组舌色除正常淡红之外,更易转为淡紫舌,舌形更易生齿痕舌、胖大舌、嫩舌,舌苔易生腻苔,易出现滑苔,舌中凹陷的舌象齿痕、胖大、腻苔程度较对照组更重,舌下络脉易变细。HSV色度空间模型参数对比:与对照组相比,舌中凹陷组舌质1区、2区、3区、4区、5区H值明显偏大(P<0.01),1区、2区、3区、4区S值明显偏小(P<0.05),其余部位指标未见显著性差异;与对照组相比,舌中凹陷组舌苔1区、2区、3区、4区、5区H值明显偏大(P<0.01),2区、3区、4区、5�Objective Middle depressed tongue is a newly discovered tongue image.Using digital image processing technolo-gy,quantization of tongue quality and coating quality based on expert evaluation method and method of five subareas of tongue im-age,qualitative and quantitative understanding of tongue image of middle depressed tongue was carried out.s Methods A total of 500 tongue images of undergraduate students in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine including 69 cases with mid-dle depressed tongue were included.After the constitution questionnaire investigation,39 cases were Qi-deficiency constitution.Objective analysis was conducted on the tongue images with middle depressed tongue with Qi-deficiency constitution.At the same time,100 cases were selected from the tongue images without middle depressed tongue by random sampling method as the control group.The spatial characteristic data of HSV(Hue,Saturation,Value)chromaticity of the five subareas of tongue like tongue quality and tongue coating in the two groups were recorded using image digital processing technology,and the indicators of tongue quality and coating quality were quantified and scored by experts.The tongue characteristics of the middle depressed tongue were explored by comparing the tongue characteristics between the depression group and the control group.s Results Fea-tures of tongue color:The highest proportions of tongue color in the middle depressed tongue group and the control group were pale red tongue,and the proportion of pale purple tongue in the middle depressed tongue group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Tongue shape characteristics:The proportion of tooth-printed tongue,fat tongue and tender tongue in the middle depressed tongue group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Tongue coating characteristics:The pro-portion of greasy coating in the middle depressed tongue group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).For profit and loss of body fluid,slippery coating was more co
