白芷香豆素提取及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：中药白芷(Angelica Dahurica Radix)为伞形科植物白芷或杭白芷的干燥根,香豆素类成分是其主要功能活性物质之一,具有多种药理作用,受到人们广泛关注。近年来(2011年后),国内有关白芷中香豆素类成分的提取主要有溶剂提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声辅助提取法和超临界CO_(2)提取法,各种提取方法均有各自的优点,但也存在一些明显不足,白芷中香豆素类成分最佳提取工艺尚未确定,有待进一步研究和选择,进而发现一种能高效提取白芷中香豆素类成分的方法。近年来(2011年后),国内有关白芷中香豆素类成分药理作用的研究主要有抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎、抑菌和镇痛等,尚不够全面和完善,白芷香豆素药理作用研究极为有限,许多药理作用尚未明晰,有关白芷香豆素量效、作用机制研究还很少,特别是白芷香豆素药理作用研究多为实验室研究,缺乏临床应用研究数据,不足以为白芷中香豆素类成分的开发应用提供理论依据。可见,有关白芷香豆素产业化生产和应用还任重道远。以近年来(2011年后)国内发表文献为依据,归纳综述白芷中香豆素提取及其药理作用研究进展,为白芷中香豆素的进一步研究和开发应用提供参考。Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)is the dried root of Baizhi[Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.et Hook.f.]or Hangbaizhi[Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.et Hook.f.var.formosana(Boiss.)Shan et Yuan].Cou-marins are one of the main functional active substances of Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)and have a variety of pharmacolog-ical effects and have attracted widespread attention.In recent years(after 2011),the extraction of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)in China mainly includes solvent extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and supercritical CO_(2) extraction.Each extraction method has its own advantages,but there are also some obvious deficiencies.The best extraction process of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)has not been determined,which needs further re-search and selection,and then a method for efficient extraction of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)is found.In recent years(after 2011),the domestic research on the pharmacological action of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Ra-dix)mainly include anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,anti-inflammation,bacteriostasis and analgesia,etc.,which is not compre-hensive and perfect.The research on the pharmacological effects of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)is extreme-ly limited,and many pharmacological effects are not clear.There are few studies on the dose-effect and mechanism of action of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix).In particular,the research on the pharmacological action of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)is mostly laboratory research,lacking clinical application research data,which is insufficient to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of coumarins in Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix).Visibly,a-bout coumarin industrial production and application still has a long way to go.Based on the literature published in China in re-cent years(after 2011),this paper summarizes the research progress of coumarin extraction
