黄芪桂枝五物汤对半月板损伤关节镜术后康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察黄芪桂枝五物汤对半月板损伤关节镜术后康复的疗效。方法 选取医院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的98例半月板损伤患者作为试验对象,所有患者均接受关节镜术治疗,根据患者术后接受的康复治疗方法分两组,对照组50例均实施康复训练,试验组48例给予黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效;对比两组治疗前后中医证候、疼痛程度、关节肿胀程度、关节活动度和股四头肌萎缩程度;对比两组不良反应发生率。结果 与对照组总有效率86.00%(43/50)相比,试验组97.91%(47/48)明显更高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、酸痛疲劳、屈伸受限评分明显低于治疗前,试验组治疗后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、酸痛疲劳、屈伸受限评分明显低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、关节肿胀程度和股四头肌萎缩程度明显低于治疗前,试验组治疗后VAS评分、关节肿胀程度和股四头肌萎缩程度明显低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后关节活动度明显高于治疗前,试验组治疗后关节活动度明显高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率4.00%(2/50)与试验组6.25%(3/48)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 半月板出现损伤的患者接受关节镜术后运用黄芪桂枝五物汤的康复效果较高,可有效改善患者的中医证候积分、关节肿胀度、关节活动度和疼痛程度,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(黄芪桂枝五物汤)on postoperative rehabilitation following arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury.s Methods Ninety-eight patients with meniscus injury underwent arthroscopic surgery from January 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled in the hospital,and were divided into two groups accord-ing to the postoperative rehabilitation methods.The control group(50 cases)received rehabilitation training.Based on this,the experimental group(48 cases)received Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The comparison was conducted between two groups in terms of clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,pain degree,joint swelling degree,range of mo-tion,quadriceps atrophy and incidence of adverse reactions.s Results The total efficacy rate was 97.91%(47/48)in experimental group,which was higher than 86.00%(43/50)in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,a no-table decrease was found in TCM syndrome scores including joint pain,joint swelling,soreness and fatigue,and flexion and exten-sion limitation in both groups(P>0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,joint swelling and quadriceps atrophy degrees were remarkably al-leviated in both groups after treatment,and the alleviation was more obvious in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was an improvement in range of motion in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group had better range of motion than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 4.00%(2/50)in the control group,which had no statistical difference with 6.25%(3/48)in the control group(P>0.05).n Conclusion Application of Huan-gqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction during postoperative rehabilitation of patients underwent arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores,and attenuate the joint swelling degree,t
