摘　　要：目的 分析柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株感染的老年患者的验案,为疫病的防治提供中医治疗思路。方法 以真实世界运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)的验案基础为切入点,分别对上海市奥密克戎病毒株的新冠病毒感染特征、中医学对奥密克戎COVID-19病因病机的认识、奥密克戎COVID-19与《伤寒论》六经辨证、柴胡桂枝干姜汤的内涵及历史渊源、柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗奥密克戎COVID-19老年患者的中医基础以及柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗奥密克戎COVID-19老年患者的现代依据进行详细论述。结果 柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗奥密克戎新型冠状病毒感染老年患者具有丰富的中医理论基础,同时现代药理也佐证了治疗靶点和依据,柴胡桂枝干姜汤可提高临床治疗奥密克戎新型冠状病毒感染老年患者疗效。结论 柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗奥密克戎新型冠状病毒感染老年患者具有重要意义,其治疗机制有待于进一步研究和探索。Objective To analyze the experience of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction(柴胡桂枝干姜汤)in the treatment of elderly patients infected with novel coronavirus Omicron mutant strain,and provide TCM treatment ideas for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.Methods Based on the real world experience of using Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction to treat corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),the infection characteristics of Shanghai Omicron virus strain,the understanding of eti-ology and pathogenesis of Omikjon in traditional Chinese medicine,the differentiation of symptoms and signs of Omicron and the six meridians of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the connotation and historical origin of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction,the TCM basis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in treating the elderly patients with COVID-19 and the modern basis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in treating the elderly patients with COVID-19 were discussed in detail.Results Chaihu Guizhi Gan-jiang Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with Omicron had a rich theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine,and modern pharmacology also supported the therapeutic targets and basis.Chaihu Guizhiganjiang Decoction can improve the clinical treatment of Omicron.Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is of great significance in the treatment of elderly patients with Omicron,and its therapeutic mechanism needs further research and exploration.
