补肾活血法治疗肾虚血瘀型慢性子宫内膜炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨补肾活血中药复方治疗肾虚血瘀型慢性子宫内膜炎的临床疗效。方法 选取医院2020年9月—2021年8月接受治疗的慢性子宫内膜炎患者86例。依据门诊就诊顺序随机分成两组,每组43例;西药治疗组(XY组)予多西环素、诺氟沙星胶囊、甲硝唑片、己烯雌酚片进行治疗。联合治疗组(LH组)在XY组治疗基础上给予补肾活血方口服,每日1剂,分3次口服,每次口服100 mL。治疗时间为3个月经周期。观察治疗前后患者的中医症状评分、子宫内膜形态改变情况、炎性指标以及治疗有效率。结果 治疗后,XY组及LH组中医临床症状评分、子宫内膜形态情况均较治疗前有不同程度的改善,LH组的改善程度更为显著(P<0.05);XY组及LH组TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前均有不同程度的降低,LH组降低更为明显(P<0.05);XY组的临床治疗有效率为86.05%,低于LH组的97.67%(P<0.05)。结论 补肾活血中药复方与西药联合应用,可通过降低机体炎性因子水平,抑制炎性反应发生等途径,减轻患者临床症状,提高临床治愈率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine compound for invigorating kidney and activating blood in the treatment of chronic endometritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic endometritis who were treated in the hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected.According to the order of oatpatient visits,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The western medicine treatment group(XY group)was treated doxycycline oral norfloxacin capsules,metronidazole tablets and diethylstilbestrol tablets.Combined treatment group(LH group)was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction orally on the basis of XY group,1 dose a day,3 times a day orally,100 mL for each time.The duration of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.The TCM symptom scores,endometrial morphological changes,inflammatory indexes and treatment efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM clinical symptom scores and endometrial morphology in XY group and LH group were improved to varying degrees compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in LH group was more significant(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in XY group and LH group were decreased to varying degrees compared with those before treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the LH group(97.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood and western medicine can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the body and inhibit the occurrence of inflammatory reaction,so as to reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the clinical cure rate.
