摘　　要：肿瘤相关性抑郁(cancer-related depression, CRD)是肿瘤患者在诊疗过程中最常见的负面情绪,属于中医因病致郁范畴。CRD给临床治疗以及患者预后带来严重的后果,因此对CRD的治疗十分重要。中医药在治疗CRD有独特的见解,将其归属于“郁证”范畴,可从五脏进行辨证论治,以疏肝行气、化痰开郁和补益心脾为主,另还有针灸,穴位贴敷和五行音乐等中医其他疗法,在临床上均有良好的治疗效果。现将肿瘤相关性抑郁的中医治疗研究进展综述如下,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。Cancer-related depression(CRD)is the most common negative emotion in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients,and it belongs to the category of depression caused by disease in traditional Chinese medicine.CRD brings serious con-sequences to clinical treatment and prognosis of patients,so the treatment of CRD is very important.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique insights in the treatment of CRD,which belongs to the category of"depression syndrome".It can be treated based on syndrome differentiation from the five Zang-organs.It is mainly based on soothing liver and promoting Qi,resolving phlegm and relieving depression,and tonifying heart and spleen methods.There are other therapies of traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture,acupoint application and five-element music,which have good therapeutic effects in clinical practice.The research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRD was summarized as follows in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
